Legal information
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Dealer Supperhouse website, including venue information, booking and table enquiries, event communications and related messages. Dealer Supperhouse is an independent Australian restaurant and offline poker-focused social card lounge. Please read these terms with the booking, event and venue information that is relevant to your plans before you visit or contact us.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms explain the basis on which the website and the venue-facing information provided through it may be used. They are intended to be clear and practical, while recognising that rights and obligations may also arise under applicable law.
-
Website use
By accessing, browsing or using dealersupperhouse.com, submitting an enquiry or relying on information presented there, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use to the extent permitted by law. The website is provided to help visitors learn about Dealer Supperhouse, its restaurant, events and social card lounge. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website and seek information through another appropriate channel before making plans.
-
Venue experiences
Restaurant visits, shared meals, drinks, group evenings, events and social card lounge participation are in-person venue experiences. They may be subject to specific booking details, capacity limits, conduct expectations or occasion-specific information communicated at the relevant time. Dealer Supperhouse places hospitality first; its offline poker activity is a social, in-person card lounge experience. Where reasonable, guests and participants must follow the current venue information and staff directions that apply to their visit.
2. Website information and acceptable use
-
Information may change
Menus, opening details, event information, availability and other material on the website may be updated, corrected or withdrawn as Dealer Supperhouse adjusts its offering. We aim to present useful information, but time-sensitive plans should be confirmed before you rely on them. For current practical context, visit the Restaurant, Events or Contact page rather than assuming that an earlier page view remains current.
-
Permitted personal use
You may use this website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes connected with learning about or engaging with Dealer Supperhouse. You must not:
- disrupt, interfere with or impair the ordinary operation of the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website or associated systems; or
- misuse an enquiry, booking or event-related form, including by sending unlawful, misleading or unwanted material.
-
Accurate communications
When making a booking request, enquiry or event-related communication, please provide information that is accurate and current. If details are incomplete or unclear, Dealer Supperhouse may need to ask for clarification before responding. Communications should remain respectful, lawful and relevant to your plans.
3. Bookings, events and venue participation
These provisions apply when you are planning or attending a meal, group evening, event or social card lounge session at Dealer Supperhouse.
-
Requests, confirmations and attendance
Booking, group and table enquiries are subject to a venue response, availability and the details communicated for the relevant occasion. Please review any information supplied to you for your plans and let the venue know in a timely way if your circumstances change. A request alone does not secure a table, group evening or social card lounge participation. Dealer Supperhouse may need further information to understand an enquiry and provide an appropriate response.
-
Events and changing arrangements
Event format, timing, capacity and participation information may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. Attendees should follow the current instructions supplied for the relevant gathering, dining occasion or social card experience. Dealer Supperhouse does not promise a fixed programme through these terms, so please check the Events page and any information provided for your occasion before attending.
-
Respectful social card lounge conduct
The card lounge is an in-person, social and offline experience. Newcomers are welcome to seek practical context, and every participant is expected to help maintain a comfortable table for staff and fellow guests. Participants must follow table etiquette, respect reasonable venue directions and treat other people with care. This applies equally to conversation around the table, dining spaces and related communications.
- follow reasonable staff directions and venue rules that apply to the occasion;
- avoid disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, harassing or disrespectful conduct; and
- use the Offline Poker Lounge and Frequently Asked Questions pages for practical context before making plans.
4. Conduct, safety and reasonable directions
-
Respectful environment
Dealer Supperhouse seeks to maintain a welcoming restaurant and social card lounge environment. Visitors must communicate and behave respectfully toward staff, guests and the venue, whether using the website or attending in person. This includes avoiding harassment, intimidation, discrimination, deliberate damage, unsafe behaviour and unlawful activity. These examples are not exhaustive; the central expectation is simple consideration for the people sharing the space and for the hospitality experience being provided.
- Do not engage in conduct that reasonably threatens, demeans or harasses another person.
- Do not damage venue property or interfere with another guest’s experience.
- Do not use website communications or in-person interactions for unlawful purposes.
-
Reasonable venue action
Where reasonably necessary to uphold safety, respect, applicable requirements or venue rules, Dealer Supperhouse may decline, pause or end access to a venue activity or communication. Staff directions should be treated with the same courtesy expected of all guests. Nothing in this clause removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any response will be considered in the circumstances available at the time.
5. Content, links, privacy and liability
-
Website content and intellectual property
Website text, imagery, design elements and other materials are owned by, or used with permission by, Dealer Supperhouse unless otherwise identified. They may not be copied, adapted, republished or otherwise reused without permission except where the law allows. You may view pages for normal personal use and share a page link with others who may find it useful; this does not grant broader rights to reproduce or commercially use the material.
-
Third-party websites
A link to another website may be provided for convenience. It does not mean that Dealer Supperhouse controls, endorses or accepts responsibility for that website, its content or its practices. If you choose to use a third-party website, please review its own terms and privacy information where relevant before relying on its services or material.
-
Privacy and cookies
Please read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about personal information and cookie-related practices connected with website use. Those policies are provided separately so that visitors can find the relevant information without duplicating it in these Terms of Use.
-
Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dealer Supperhouse does not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that all material will remain available at all times. We limit responsibility for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its material where that limitation is lawful and reasonable in the circumstances. Website information should be treated as general venue information, not a substitute for confirming a time-sensitive practical detail.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you need clarification about practical website information, please use the Contact page before finalising your plans.
6. Changes and questions
-
Changes to these terms
Dealer Supperhouse may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page, so visitors can see which terms are in place when reviewing them. These terms are effective from 9 September 2026. Continued use after an updated version is published may be treated in accordance with applicable law.
-
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales and Australia, subject to rights and requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded. This is a high-level legal framework connected with the venue’s location in Surry Hills, NSW, and is not intended as legal advice or a statement about any particular dispute process.
